Our story, plainly
From the trade counter to your doorstep.
Our family got into footwear the unglamorous way — in the late 1970s, selling through the UK wholesale trade. For decades, that was the job: handling thousands of pairs a season, learning which factories cut leather properly, which soles outlast their owners, and which shoes quietly fall apart in a month.
That's the knowledge this shop runs on. When we went online in 2011, we didn't become a tech company — we just gave the trade counter a website. Every style here is one we'd happily hand across that counter: honest construction, sensible materials, a fair price.
